Returns
Returns will not be accepted except on a case by case basis. If a return is approved:
• Items (if boxed) must be returned in the original box and packing material. Please do not destroy boxes when opening.
• Pieces must be returned with all original hardware
• Please keep all boxes and packing material until you have inspected items thoroughly
• Returns will apply only in the next 5 days of physical customer receive.
• All orders are final 6 (six) days after the customer receives them.
• Items must be in sellable condition for a credit to be issued.
• Customer is responsible for contacting YourRusticFurniture.com Customer Representative regarding returns.
• YourRusticFurniture.com is not responsible for misdirected mail, email, or any unforeseen delays in shipping.
• All unauthorized returns will be refused upon arrival.
• We will not accept any returns on special design custom orders. YourRusticFurniture.com will not refund custom orders.
• YourRusticFurniture.com will refund the cost of any returned items minus any applicable shipping charges and the 15 % restocking fees if the item is not custom and it is returned within the specified time and conditions.
• Shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer on all returned items
• All items are sent insured with the shipper. If there is any damage at the time you receive the item you must notify us immediately, BEFORE you sign the bill of lading.
• Any sign of external box damage must be reported to the shipping company (UPS, or freight companies) at the time of delivery and noted on the bill of lading.
• There will be a $25 fee on all returned checks.
• YourRusticFurniture.com has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed. We have the right to refuse or cancel any orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, YourRusticFurniture.com will refund your money.

Shipping
Internet Orders:
Please call us for information required in International rates.
Shipping is to your "curb", not delivered inside your house. Sorry, freight lines do not deliver nor set it up in a person's home, just to wherever they can park and unload.
Due to damage risk during the shipping process, glass is not included in our products. Please plan on having a local glass shop installing your glass. We can assist with the required approximate measurements for your research and quoting purposes.
Shipping Time:
Currently, orders are ready for shipment in approximately 7-10 weeks from time of the order.
Method of Payment:
A 50% deposit is required when placing your order. When the order is ready to ship, you will be contacted and the remainder of the balance will be charged to your card.
Guarantee
Our furniture has a five year warranty against manufacturer defects.
We will replace or repair defective furniture, based on our discretion. Please contact us regarding manufacturer defects if you have further questions. Natural characteristics of the logs and wood (knots, some roughness, color variation, cracks, for example) are not considered manufacturer defects, as they are normal to rustic style furniture. We make every attempt to construct our furniture to be durable. We understand that despite our best efforts, occasionally a defect will occur, and we will guarantee you resolution should this occur.

Cancellations
• Order cancellations are permitted at our discretion only. If an order is approved for cancellation a 5% restocking fee may be charged. However we will attempt to waive this when ever possible.
• If you need to make a change to an order, we will charge a 10% fee if the order has already been started. Again, we will attempt to waive this fee when ever possible.
• Most Custom furniture orders are unable to be cancelled once the order has been placed, and your 50% deposit has been received. Your deposit is viewed as a contract – a commitment to placing an order for custom furniture. This will be non-refundable should you decide to cancel the order. If we have not started your order, we will waive the contract if possible, however we can not guarantee this.
